Lior Biton- President

Lior is responsible for HMY Realty Groups’ overall strategic direction, including all transactional and investor relation activities. He started his career in engineering and manufacturing which established his passion for the real estate construction and renovations and inspired his initial property investments.
Lior’s extensive background in small business startups, real estate investment and advisory business is invaluable to his role at HMY Realty Group where he is actively involved in the successful pursuit of new investment and development opportunities.



Mia Johnson- Managing Broker/Realtor®

Entrepreneurial vision, marketing savvy, shrewd business management, and proactive leadership are the four key elements that have shaped Mia Johnson’s career, in which she has championed the development, expansion, and management of both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Fulfilling a life long passion for real estate, she received her real estate license in 1997 and began her career as a sales associate for one of Atlanta’s oldest and largest real estate firms. Prior to being named to her current position with HMY Realty Group, Mia has served as office manager and managing broker of two other top ranked luxury real estate firms as well as Managing Partner for a concierge and property management company.  Mia is most excited to bring her entrepreneurial and marketing experience together to benefit HMY agents and clients. Her passion for working with clients is exceeded only by her drive for excellence and results.



Yasmin Benichay Biton- Manager/Realtor®

Known for her enthusiastic approach to operations and endless energy, Yasmin is a dynamic and resourceful leader with a track record of successfully developing and managing. With a background as an educator and counselor, she is an instrumental in HMY staff and agent recruitment and development. In addition, to managing the day-to-day operations of HMY Realty Group, Yasmin also provides full-service real estate expertise to her clients as a licensed Realtor®.



James Johnson- Realtor®/New Home Specialist

James Johnson is an experienced real estate sales professional with a blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience encompassing the professional services and real estate segments. Over the past 30+ years he has leveraged keen business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and innovative problem-solving skills to translate strategy into action and achieve results.
After retiring from the second largest refiner in the United States James moved his family to the Atlanta area in 1996. He quickly tapped into the booming real estate market and within a span of 2 years became one of the top producing agents in DeKalb County. In 1999, James established his own firm, specializing in luxury homes and new home construction. His most notable properties included Sandstone Estates, Bel Air Estates, MedowbrookGlen, Rivers Mist, Heron Bay, RiverslakeEstates, BrentcrossManor, and Guilford Forrest.As the real estate market began to shift, James knew to adapt his real estate business to expand in servicing the property management, foreclosure and property placement markets and served as Chief Financial Officer of a Property Management and Placement Company. Now that the real estate market has started to stabilize, James recently re-entered real estate sales as an agent with HMY Realty Group kicking off the launch of a new home community in Rockdale County – Knights Bridge Subdivision (www.knightbridgehomes.com).



Sandra Vega- Office Administrator

Sandra has over 20 years of management and customer service experience working as HMY Realty Group’s Office Administrator.  She is closely involved with building strong relationships with HMY’s family of staff, vendors, homeowners, clients and tenants.  Sandra is an energetic professional with excellent communication skills and is bilingual in English and Spanish.  She is our “go-to” person, paying attention to detail and recognizes the individual needs of each customer.
